Heyl, Sanchez earn GIAA All-State honors
Seniors claim All-State awards
Tallulah Falls received a pair of All-State honors following the 2025 State Runner-Up season. Seniors Rebecca Heyl and Margalida Amengual Sanchez both took their second consecutive All-State selections.

Becca Heyl - SR OH
Rebecca Heyl earns All-State status for the second time in a row, after earning the same recognition last year. The senior outside hitter led TFS with 267 kills, is second in digs with 260, and fitfh in aces with 49. Heyl has north of 600 kills in her career, which is 4th-most all-time. Her 780 digs also ranks fourth, while she's eighth in aces with 183.
Margalida Amengual Sanchez - SR S
Margalida Amengual Sanchez earns All-State honors from the setter position. The senior two-year starter at TFS had 869 assists, 2nd-most in a single season. Her 98 aces led the team this season. She eclipsed 1,000 career assists, and had 1,326 (3rd-most in program history). Her 185 career aces to date ranks seventh all-time. Sanchez was All-State last year as well.
