MS girls tennis digs deep and pulls out gritty win to open season

The MS Lady Indians dug deep and pulled out a gritty 3-2 victory in their season opener against Macon County (NC). 

"We are really proud of the efforts this first match," says coach Anthony Cox. "Our girls are relatively inexperienced but showed great promise in getting the victory."

Spring Lin and Ruby Sue Anderson won at 1- and 2-singles, respectively. The doubles combo of Alaina Bray and Quinn Fessett earned a win at 1-doubles as well. TFS starts out the season 1-0.
