Lady Indians battle the heat, drop tough one against George Walton

The Lady Indians dropped a tough home game by a 3-1 final against George Walton on Friday.

TFS (5-5; 5-2 in region) got a late goal from LB Kafsky to avoid the shutout.

"It was a tough hot game for the girls," says coach Erin Jimenez. "They fought til the end and it shows with the goal we got at the end of the game. We had multiple opportunities on goal once we turned it on. We had some great chances and we are ready to work to continue our season."
