TFS grabs second straight region win

The Lady Indians reeled off their second straight region victory on Tuesday against George Walton Academy in a 2-1 final.
TFS (2-2) fell behind late in the opening half, but Bailey Crumley found the back of the net with just over five minutes left in the first.
Leyre Martinez Herreros tallied the assist on the equalizer. Less than two minutes later, Crumley did it again, this time assisted by Haylen McGugan.
The defense locked it down the rest of the way. Standouts on that side included (but not limited to) Sarah Lundy, Jocelyn Hall, and Narissa Dawson.
"I'm so incredibly proud of this team tonight," says coach Erin Jimenez. "I am honored to get to coach this group of girls."
