Lady Indians fall 42-13 at home against Banks County

The MS Lady Indians fell 42-13 at home in their season-opening contest against Banks County.
Tallulah Falls (0-1) were only behind 6-2 after a low-scoring first quarter, and trailed only 13-9 at the half. Hallee Smith had seven points in the first half.
Banks County outscored TFS 16-2 in the third and 13-2 in the fourth to pull away. Smith ended with nine points, while Evie Purcell and Lily Denard had two apiece.
"They played well," says coach Jenny Long. "Lots of potential on this team."
