MS Indians drop 3-0 decision to White County
TFS shut out against Warriors
The MS Indians dropped a 3-0 contest Tuesday against White County.
White County scored a couple of goals early before TFS settled in and began to build together, having several chances to score in the first half.
The second began with a chance by Kai Hanifan-Wagner minutes in, but it went just wide. The Indians moved the ball well but struggled to get any quality shots in the second half.
White County got the third goal with a few minutes before the final whistle. Brantley Dill had seven saves in goal.
"I'm very proud of the grit our boys showed this evening," says coach Travis Mullis. "They gave sixty minutes of intensity, staying focused and playing well with the little training we've had. We have a week and a half before our next match so we'll plan to use it to get even better. Nobody's seen just how good this team can be."
