JV Indians ease past Lakeview in second straight win
TFS secures drama-free 50-23 win
The JV boys basketball team had little trouble in a 50-23 win over Lakeview at home Friday night. It marked a second straight win.
The Indians (3-2) were in complete control seemingly from the jump, as TFS held a 21-8 halftime lead and never looked back.
Fenn NeSmith and Joan Hernandez each recorded 10 points to lead Tallulah, while Emmanuel Heyl had three 3-pointers for nine points on the game.
Nedko Perchemliev, Ethan Phasavang, and Jayden Zhang each added six in the win. Lenon Magadia finished with three.
"The JV Indians really came through with huge defense and a lot of pep on offense," says coach Matt Crotta.
