Dampier leads TFS to 11-4 win over Rabun Gap
Indians scrap together double-digit runs in blowout win
Tallulah Falls' (3-5) late-game heroics resulted in a 11-4 win against Rabun Gap.
After the top of the fourth inning, TFS led 4-3 in a tight one. The bottom of the fifth was when things got out of hand. The Indians scored six straight runs to enhance the lead.
Tallulah would score one more run in the bottom of the sixth that ultimately iced the game.
TFS excelled with two outs, driving in four runs in such instances while also stealing nine bases.
Brody Dampier had two doubles, two stolen bases, and three runs, and Jayce Stafford had two RBI and a double. Aiden Terrell drove in a run and had three stolen bases.
Dampier also had 14 strikeouts, picking up the win while giving up just five hits.
