Pitchers' duel results in Indians’ loss against Bethlehem Christian
Sands throws complete game in tough-luck loss
Tallulah Falls came up short in a very tight game against Bethlehem Christian, where the score was 2-0.
TFS (4-2) trailed 1-0 after the end of the second. There were no runs for the next four innings, with both pitchers playing well.
The Knights shook things up with a run in the top of the seventh. With their last hope, the Indians were unable to score in the bottom of the inning, which led to a loss.
Jackson Savage, Brantley Allen, and Alex Stefanovic each had one hit.
Leslie Sands Jr. took the loss after giving up only two runs (one earned) and six hits against no walks.
